In this episode, we talk to Ashley Ingham, a Perth local with a story that’s both relatable and inspiring. He opens up about the challenges of juggling academic pressure, becoming a single dad at 27, and finding his feet through some big life lessons.
Ash shares how his love for travel took him to places like Turkey, Namibia, and Peru, and how those experiences shaped his perspective. He also talks about co-founding the GTE Group in 2016 with two mates, growing it to over 100 employees, and the ups and downs that came with it.
In 2019, Ash met his wife, and they have been happily married for nearly five years. Together, they have a three-year-old daughter, Valentina. More recently, Ash has faced significant challenges in both business and life, which have led him to make major changes and evolve once again.
Through it all, Ash has learned the importance of self-care and staying grounded, even when life throws curveballs. This is an honest, down-to-earth conversation about resilience, growth, and figuring it all out as you go.
