I sat down with the incredible Kim Lancer, Founder of Tall Poppies, a global leadership powerhouse. Kim also opens up about her personal journey, balancing a career and family, and navigating the dynamics of a blended family. And of course, we get a taste of her time living the real-life *Sex and the City* experience in New York, where she spent two decades building her remarkable career.
Kim Lancer is the Founder of Tall Poppies, a global leadership development firm specializing in executive coaching, development programs, and keynote speaking. With over 20 years of experience, primarily in New York and London, she has empowered leaders from Fortune 100 companies worldwide, helping them drive performance through purpose-based leadership, mindset, and behavioral change. Her client list includes notable organizations such as Goldman Sachs, WA Police Force, Microsoft, and Deloitte USA. Kim is also passionate about women's leadership and diversity, actively working in these areas.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Curtin University and is professionally trained through the International Coaching Federation and New York University. She has led transformative projects such as a culture change initiative for the WA Public Sector Commission and Ford Motors, as well as a U.S.-wide diversity strategy for a top consultancy. Since moving to Perth in 2019 with her family, Kim continues to leverage her global experience to make a significant impact on leadership development across various industries.
